How can I place a custom order?
Please contact us via telephone or email. When contacting us, please prepare as much information as possible. Overall dimensions, number of products needing to be displayed and sizes of product, retail space limitations, etc are great things to think about beforehand!
Is there a minimum to custom orders?
Because everything is manufactured in house, we do have a minimum order. It will vary depending on the size of the display, but typically countertop displays have a minimum order of 25 and floor displays have a minimum order of 8.
Where are the custom orders made?
All displays are proudly designed, assembled and shipped in the USA.
Samples
All custom orders will have a sample made and confirmed before going into production. The sample cost is x2-3 times the cost of the quoted display. But the difference between the sample cost and the actual cost will be credited once a quantity order is placed
Forms of Payment
All major credit companies are accepted. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
Checks and Bank Transfers are accepted, but must be cleared before shipment.
Return Policy
All customs items are non refundable.
Items from the e-shop have a 15 day, from delivery, return policy. Items must have not been used and a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
